Lansdowne Hotel fire

The accommodation section of the Lansdowne Hotel suffered damage from smoke and flames in a fire in early January but contrary to earlier reports, the hotel was not destroyed.

It was here that we held the reunion in 2005 and where we enjoyed, back in the Arnold's days, many counter-lunches and after-work drinks.
